I'm Talyn. I build/create/run things over here at TAL Audio. You might be wondering who I am, what I’m building, why, and have other questions, but don’t worry, we’ll get there.
For starters I just want to say thank you to everyone for all the support so far. When I had the idea to start this up I had no idea it would grow so fast, I’m truly so grateful.
The philosophy behind TAL Audio, is to deliver people classic pedal circuits, as well as my own designs and use as many mission critical NOS parts as possible. A blend of old and new, removing possible failure points, and innovating on classic designs. Simply put, I’ll be creating what I wished was on the market.
Now onto the matter at hand, the “Hybrid Chorus”.
The idea for this pedal came for my love of the classic CE-2. Over the years there has been countless mods to this circuit, so I selected a few of my favourite “classics” and added a few special tweaks of my own, most namely 18v operation, which was impossible on the original units.
